Ugburo, Alero G. – Managing/Executive Director.
Mrs. Ugburo holds both a B.Sc. (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the University of Lagos.
She also possesses professional certifications in Project Management, Public Relations, and Business Management.
As a seasoned surveyor, visionary entrepreneur, and co-founder of Alet Geomatics, she brings strategic insight, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Our team is made up of licensed surveyors, civil engineers, technicians, and support professionals with hands-on experience in diverse projects. Abass, Adeyemi – Geotechnical Civil Engineer
Mr. Abass is a Civil Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He has 5+ years of experience in geotechnical and structural engineering, with strong proficiency in engineering tools and software.
Adekola, Rasidat – Senior Project Surveyor
Ms. Adekola holds an HND and B.Tech in Surveying and is a registered surveyor with 20+ years of experience in cadastral and engineering surveys.
Jimoh, Olalekan A. – Hydrographic Surveyor
Mr. Jimoh has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Surveying & Geoinformatics and is a registered surveyor. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in hydrographic surveys and marine-related projects.
Lasisi, Ademola A. – Principal Consultant / Project Manager
Mr. Lasisi is a registered surveyor with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the University of Lagos. He has over 20 years of experience managing land, engineering, and hydrographic survey projects. His background includes working with top multinational engineering firms, bringing deep field and project management expertise to Alet Geomatics.
Egona, Emmanuel M. – Logistics Officer
Mr. Egona holds an HND in Estate Management and has over 10 years of experience coordinating logistics and field operations for technical teams.
Oguntade, Olatoye F. – Geomatics Engineer
Mr. Oguntade holds a B.Sc. in Surveying & Geoinformatics and is pursuing his Master’s in Hydrography. He has over 5 years of experience in Land, Engineering, and Hydrographic surveys, with research and field expertise.
Ejueyitchie, Daniel – Data Analyst / CAD Operator
Mr. Ejueyitchie has a B.Tech in Chemistry and a Diploma in Computer Science. With 12+ years of experience, he specializes in CAD, digital mapping, and data processing.
Adedokun, Monsuru – Field Assistant
Mr. Adedokun has over 5 years of experience in fieldwork, assisting with measurements and on-site project support.
Adigun, Najimu – Field Assistant
Mr. Adigun brings 25+ years of field experience, supporting technical teams with equipment handling and on-site operations.
